It allows you to create slideshows using digital photos.  Within the program you can edit the images, add a voice-over sound track, add music, titles an transitions.  When finishing your work, it can be saved in various sizes for use on the computer or sending via email.  Use a DVD authoring program and create a DVD or VCD.Here is a basic rundown on how to create your own Photo Story:
